Sign Up Options

Choose your preferred method to create an account:

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to zemna.ai/signup
  2. Choose your sign-up method
  3. Verify your email (if using email sign-up)
  4. Complete your profile

Profile Configuration

Basic Information

After signing up, complete your researcher profile:

  • Display Name: How you appear to collaborators
  • Affiliation: Your university or organization
  • Department: Your specific department or lab
  • Research Interests: Tags for personalized recommendations

ORCID Integration

Connect your ORCID iD to:

  • Verify your researcher identity
  • Auto-fill author information
  • Link publications to your ORCID profile
  • Simplify journal submissions

To connect:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Click "Connect ORCID"
  3. Authorize Zemna.AI
  4. Your ORCID iD will appear on your profile

Set your preferred defaults:

Account Security

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA for enhanced security:

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code
  5. Save backup codes

Session Management

View and manage active sessions:

  • See all devices where you're logged in
  • Sign out from other devices remotely
  • Review login history

Password Requirements

If using email sign-up:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Subscription & Billing

Viewing Your Plan

Check your current subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. View plan details and usage
  3. See renewal date and billing history

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade to access more features:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Choose Pro, Team, or Institution
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Start using premium features immediately

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal
  • Wire transfer (Institution plans only)

Invoices

Access your invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Invoices"
  3. Download PDF for any invoice

Data & Privacy

Your Data

You own your research. We never:

  • Share your documents without permission
  • Use your content for AI training
  • Sell your data to third parties

Export Everything

Download all your data anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Data
  2. Click "Export All Data"
  3. Receive ZIP with all documents, citations, and settings

Delete Account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm by typing "DELETE"
  4. All data will be permanently removed

Note: This action cannot be undone. Export your data first.
