AI assistant not responding

1. Check if you've reached your monthly query limit (Free plan)
2. Ensure your document has content for context
3. Try rephrasing your question
4. Contact support if issue persists

Export issues

1. Ensure all citations are properly linked
2. Check for any unresolved comments
3. Try exporting to a different format
4. Large documents may take longer - please wait

Can't invite collaborators

1. Verify you have a Team or Institution plan
2. Check that the email address is correct
3. Ask collaborator to check their spam folder
4. Ensure you haven't reached your user limit
